Leo's Story

Our son, Leonardo Astacio II., was diagnosed with Stage IVs neuroblastoma as an infant. In March of this year, he celebrated his second birthday.

As any parents would be, we were devastated when baby Leo was diagnosed with neuroblastoma. We sought support from CNCF and leading neuroblastoma experts for the best possible treatment options. That network included Sue Cohn, MD at Comer Children's Hospital.

Right now, baby Leo’s condition is stable. CNCF has been a tremendous source of support and we applaud their ongoing efforts to raise awareness and funds for a cure for this deadly disease. We hope you’ll join us in this critical fight. Thank you for your willingness to support the CNCF and its first annual Grand Slam Gala.

Sincerely,
Leo and Lori Astacio
